General Formulation:
The greater the number of complaints, the less the likelihood of any organic problem existing
Specific Examples:
- The greater the number of chief complaints, the less the likelihood of there being anything at all wrong
with the patient.
- The greater the number of stated allergies, the less the likelihood of there being any allergies at all.
- The louder and more frequent the howling in pain, the less likely the patient is in any pain at all.
